Hi there, I’m Jessica! As the creative soul behind WholyGoodness, I’m the one dreaming up the plant-based recipes, photographing the food, and bringing our story to life.
Cooking has always been a way for me to express love and care for the people around me, and now as a mother of three, that passion has only deepened.
My journey into plant-based living started out of compassion for animals, but it has since expanded to include a commitment to the environment and my family’s health.
I love experimenting in the kitchen with vibrant fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and plant-based ingredients to create meals that are both delicious and easy to prepare.
For me, cooking is a way to connect with nature and slow down, even in the midst of a busy family life.
I’m passionate about making plant-based eating approachable for everyone, especially parents who are looking for ways to nourish their families without sacrificing time or flavor.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll find me exploring nature, capturing moments with my camera, or spending quality time with Alex and our kids.
I hope WholyGoodness inspires you to embrace plant-based living, whether you’re new to it or already on your own journey.

Co-Founder & Operations Manager
Hey, I’m Alex! I’m the other half of WholyGoodness, working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and lending a hand wherever I can.
With a background in project management and logistics, I help manage the technical aspects of the website and make sure we stay on track with our goals.
My shift to plant-based living came after learning more about the environmental impact of traditional diets and wanting to do better for our planet and for my family.
I’ve found it incredibly rewarding to see how adopting a plant-based diet has improved our health and well-being, and I love the challenge of creating meals that are not only nutritious but also something our kids look forward to.
Outside of managing the day-to-day operations, I enjoy spending time outdoors with our children, whether we’re hiking, gardening, or simply playing in the backyard.
WholyGoodness has become more than just a project for me—it’s a lifestyle, and I’m proud to be part of a movement that promotes sustainability and well-being.
